“I am a glutton for tranquility.” Wole Soyinka

Why tranquility? I really believe tranquility to be the essence of life. Stress, life transitions, change, situations and circumstances are all things that are bound to occur and occur often and when you least seem to feel prepared. I believe that life will happen at the speed of light but if we have an inner sense of tranquility we go through life with a sense of inner knowingness, calm and peace.

So tranquility is the goal of what I try to help people achieve so that they can in spite of life’s up’s and down’s they can still forge ahead with full steam. Without an aspect of tranquility the kinds of things that seem to happen are:

  • We stop going after our goals
  • We become stuck
  • We develop goals of others
  • We seem to get nowhere in life and become stagnant

  • Develop your own personal spirituality
  • Spend time in silence
  • Prayer
  • Meditation
  • Know thyself
  • Have Tranquility Mentors
  • Be around the tranquil
  • Create an environment of tranquility

In the midst of all your doing get tranquility and it will assist and serve you in all situations and circumstances and life transitions. You will be centered as almost by a strongly rooted bamboo.

“The real spiritual progress of the aspirant is measured by the extent to which he achieves inner tranquility.” Swami Sivananda
